Visitors pay tribute and look for comfort at the birthplace of John F. Kennedy, a house in Brookline which is now John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site.

A crowd spilled out of the memorial service hosted by the nearby synagogue and down Beals Street to pay respects to their late president at his birthplace at 83 Beals Street on the National Day of Mourning, November 25, 1963.
